This is far from incredible or legendary. The main schlubs of the documentary are accidental whistle-blowers who were part of the system and are now trying to expose it. However, they routinely hit brick-walls as they fight to expose a very dirty business. Orgs won't talk with them and they take very small victories as huge achievements when they are nothing more than farts in the wind. They (sam and pat) are two unserious people who documented their time at a call-center 20 years ago, then endeavor to take down powerful organizations today, which is akin to two reject red-ants attacking a rhinoceros. I wish I hadn't watched it all.
