Why doesn't any of the girls bartending or even in the kitchen wearing their hair back? Every episode of the shows nobody has their hair pulled back when dealing with food and people..Jon Taffer is a professional. I find that hard to believe that it is accepted. That is my biggest problem. I'm really shocked actually about that. I have watched every episode and in each one it is the same thing. I feel that is very unprofessionable...Nobody has their hair pulled back.
