I love this movie! If I could buy it, I would. The animation, action and emotion that was in this film was done in such a masterful way.
Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie is one of my new favorites. It also stayed true to the series and didn't change any of the charterers.
If I could I'd give this more a 10 star ratting.
