*SPOILERS AHEAD*
Kill It is one of those dramas that I just can't stop going back to from time to time. I watched it around 1.5 years ago, yet here I am finally writing a review on it. I believe the soundtracks work wonders in creating impact on the viewers. If the tracklist is amazing, people are more likely to remember the drama. The OSTs are precisely as heartbreaking as the story and the plot.
It is one spectacular drama only if you're always up for a heart wrenching and tragic story. The ending isn't happy in terms of the romance but the way the story unravels each mystery gradually is phenomenal.
This drama made me cry and yearn for justice and revenge more than the victims. The agony of being powerless when you're a preacher of the laws and the anger of being mistreated and taken advantage of was portrayed so ruthlessly by the leads that it just hit home.
A relationship that's solely built on hopes that he's not the killer, unspoken words, and stares that scream the truth yet nothing gets heard, the leads redefined the term intimacy.
All in all, I can never forget the strong impact this drama has left on me. It left me bitter when I first watched it despite a satisfactory ending but now that I find myself going back to it, I realize how well it was put together. A great kdrama for me. Fantastic action scenes. Love the soundtracks. 8/10.
