I watched this series and I was hoping that everything would be tied up with a bow on it by the end…..instead we are left hanging by a thread on what has happened since the recorded phone call of her “new” Dad saying he was “done” with her and that it wasn’t just the latest “incident” (whatever “it” was because we were left hanging without an explanation….AND….that this wasn’t the “only” thing she’s done….that there were other “things” in the past! When the documentary was over a “special” discussion panel with Nancy Grace (who never fails to show her bias) Derrick Levasuer (of Big Brother fame and an ex cop (I guess he could afford to quit being a cop after he won $500K on BB🤷‍♀️) so I guess now that makes him an expert commentator) a female “reporter” who’s name escapes me and a retired fbi/cop who investigated the case…who actually knows what happened after that phone call I mentioned above but he “can’t reveal” whatever transpired in and after to Natalia and/or her adopted “dad”! So do we have to wait for another documentary or is he writing a book….whatever excuse he made was not good enough……the producers (who I’m sure knows what happened re the phone call) should have revealed the content of said phone call and what happened since because of the explosive allegations against Natalia in his rant! Also on the panel was Beth Karras who I used to watch on CourtTV back in the day and I really enjoyed her opinions and coverage of whatever trial she was covering! She commented on the meeting between Natalia and Michael Barnett clearly showing her bias….she did say she believed Michael was sincere about a couple of things but she certainly was on the side of Natalia! My problem is this…..everyone talked about the “manipulation” tactics used against Natalia including those of both Barnett’s…..and rightfully so….but NO ONE talked about how Natalia was BLATANTLY manipulated by the “bishop” her newly adopted “dad”! He most certainly used his words to evoke a sense of “rage” in her citing God….blah blah blah! It was always HIM with Natalia using his bully pulpit to get HIS 15 minutes…I call bull…he is/was shady….I don’t trust him at all! The wife stated that they had 11 kids….a tad suspicious to me! Remember when Natalia 1st went home with these people they immediately spent her $500. in food stamps and had her SS check signed over to them! I think they did that with ALL their “foster” kids and were/are raking in a handsome su of money every month! Has anyone investigated THEM? Considering how the show ended with that explosive phone call my instincts were right on target as to how shady they were/are! So my next question would be…how long before we learn about the call?
