If Donald Trump were to write, direct, produce and star in an independent film, this would be the result. And he'd tell you it was the best blockbuster ever written, directed, produced and all the actors get Oscars! This movie was a dumpster fire of quirky acting, horrible dialogue and campy storylines. I'm pretty sure the movie was intended to be disjointed and not take itself serious. at all! D - There are better forms of torture than putting yourself through this shit!

Incredibly slow boring dry humour self aware zombie flick. At first I was captivated by its dry wit and clever dialogue but the pace never changes and that's where this movie becomes quite boring. I stayed with it thinking that it would pick up but alas, that never happened. Very sad for an extremely talented cast that were asked to deliver a dry monotone performance. Adam Driver did surprise me. He was the only one that this style suited for some reason. If you don't enjoy the first 10 minutes, you won't like the rest but that's just my taste. If you enjoy the first 10 minutes then there's plenty more of the same to follow. I do get what the movie is going for but I just didn't appreciate it I guess. Surely there are more entertaining ways to dis zombie movies. We were told from the start "this is going to end badly"...
