This game is gorgeous and has a wonderful story and characters. That said it is extremely unfriendly to players with physical disabilities, the game is even overly difficult for non disabled players. In short don't bother with the game till the devs add accessibility features and tone down the difficulty so that players can actually enjoy the story, characters, and world. The other thing is the customer service for Arenanet is just awful, they would rather troll the players than actually do anything to help. ( I will happily change this review if the devs actually do something to make the game more player friendly)

The characters look great and have good background stories, and the weapon models look great. But the zombies mode is very bland, and most of the multiplayer maps feel very cramped. Also why make it so difficult to unlock the one character representing the LGBTQIA community?
