Casey Affleck delivers an amazing performance - Brad Pitt and Sam Rockwell, a small but exquisitely devastating scene by Mary-Louise Parker, all the acting spot on captured and framed by the amazing cinematography of Roger Deakins. Delivered as a sort of documentary with narration director Andrew Dominik creates a sleeper American classic western. It's slow and subtle and violent and weird and it captures the turn of the century zeitgeist beautifully. A must watch move.
