I wanted to love this game so much but I can barely stick with it for more then 20minutes! Gutted. The combat is really bad. You can only shield whilst stationary and not shooting, you can only aim left, right, up, down and diagonally. This makes the player feel very sticky and clunky and very quickly becomes a big problem. You have to be correctly lined up to kill any enemy. Slightly to high, or low, or not close enough for the diagonal and you miss. This is made even harder with the annoyance of having to remain stationary whilst blocking. An enemy can be tantalising close but to just can't hit them without making yourself completely vulnerable to attack. I have no idea if there are upgrades which allow more movement at any point but I seriously couldn't play long enough to find out. It's a real shame as other reviews are good and like I said, I was really looking forward to playing :-(
