The movie is beautiful and well directed.Vinod khanna like always acted brilliantly,Hema malini looks like real Meera bai and acted very good along with Vidya sinha,Sriram lagu,Dina Pathak and others but Shammi kapoor really stands out.Backround music score is beautiful.only thing little disappointing is the singer vani jairam's voice lacks sweetness,sounds old and grumpy.i really wish Lata Mangeshkar sang for this movie,it could have been the hit movie,or Asha bhosle or Usha Mangeshkar could have done the justice for the songs.......... over all very good historical movie !!!
