Definitely dark with twists and surprises of the characters culpability. Some actions of the darker characters did not have a necessary plot support. I enjoyed watching the main character Hughes portray a Lawyer with a disability and finding out that he himself has a shorter arm and he is an advocate for ppl with disabilities in employment. The plot was good and interesting if you appreciate mid evil fiction. I do hope there will be a second season coming.
