I recently dined at Garam masala hotel airoli and was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The menu seemed promising, but the execution was lacking. The dishes were either overcooked or underseasoned, and the presentation was unappealing. I ordered the [ veg and non-veg ], which arrived lukewarm and lacked flavor. The service was also subpar; our server seemed disinterested and forgot several items we had requested. Additionally, the dining area was not well-maintained, with dirty tables and an overall unkempt appearance. Given the high expectations I had based on the hotel's reputation, the dining experience was a major letdown. I would not recommend eating here and suggest looking elsewhere for a better culinary experience.
