I hv issue hving Luce customer support to just give me a simple call and time, which has being arranged the nx day and yet they forgot completely problem agin is reminder was made and no one call bk. Only text msgs which needs a long time b4 they could reply. Finally my app was made tdy since last week, surprisingly no one turn up. Again no msg reply nor any picks up the company line holding on for 10mins still no picks up! Is so frustrating to just take time off tdy and hoping to hv a mini spring clean b4 CNY🥲 Finally a/ one msg reply after couple of hrs waiting says they didn’t schedule tdy thu they had confirmation for 17th tdy app is only for nx tue! Poor scheduling and service!!
