Microtransactions are out of control in this game. Think Ubisoft crossed with Scopely beating you over the head to buy something with every menu click -- that's this game.

The game is written by immature ideologically driven children who clearly had no adults in the room supervising them. It has gratuitous trans pride flags covering the city, refers to "toxic masculinity" as a societal ill (ie., engages in gaslighting against its fans), and has the worst gameplay loop I've ever seen in a looter shooter. While it's good to see capitalism delivering some "justice" to Rocksteady and its sloppy game, it's sad that the fans were deprived of a potentially good Suicide Squad game. They're burning so much cash right now supporting this game, that I suspect they'll try the freemium model before long in an attempt to generate microtransactions which the game is built around. DO NOT spend money on this as the odds its "online only" game will not be supported for very long -- the numbers just don't work.

Boring. Lacks all the charm of the first. Skip or wait for it to go on sale.

Just buy it. A generation defining game.
