I felt the same way as I did after watching Elvis as I did Forest Gump. I came away feeling nostalgia and a longing for days gone by. This movie captured the true essence of Elvis and what drove him to perform in the way that he was able to. His childhood connection to his later life was so well explained. I thought the acting was superb! Bring your Kleenex!!! It’s profoundly sad…..
