No words can describe the profound feelings I have for this movie! Ray Romano you blew me away on every possible level! And whoever came up with the idea to create a movie based on a story of love between two human beings that were not based on a romantic relationship, familial ties, etc. is a freaking genius! I loved so so much seeing another human being just loving another human being for no other reason than that its the human thing to do! For me THIS is the kind of movie/STORY that deserves an oscar and the kind of acting that deserves an oscar! The immediate thing is for people to assume the two are gay like some in the movie did. Thats the sad part. Why must one be gay or in some kind of serious relationship with another for this kind of love and caring to make sense to the rest of the world? This is human compassion at its finest and everything a human being should be! It is the human condition. Duplas is extraordinary as usual but romano i'm scared won't get his due notice simply because he is a comedian and people seem to be unable to accept anything out of the norm for them. Sad indeed because he made this the profound and emotionally impactful film it is!!!!! Thank you RAY!! You blew me away!
