I’ve read the book before watching this. Its just horrible?? they’re not giving???? first, why is agatha stereotipically beautiful? she’s supposed to look like she’s in her TEENAGE DIRTBAG phase. ESPECIALLY HORT, he ain’t even having his glow up yet??? and sophie? hello?? why was she having compilations of herself strutting about like a model in a fashion show that one time?? like what was that for sweetie? and for tedros, no comment. the “very fantastic” people behind this had removed something that would give depth to the character’s development. there are many other things to talk shi* about this but the very unacceptable thing for me is when hester, dot, and anadil were BARELY THERE. Not to mention agatha and tedros getting along SO SOON, they’re supposed to act like each other’s nemesis til the near end. all students are atleast 14-16 years old, yet they all look like they’re in college?? i know i seem to care much about the looks, but y’all know that the similarity (in all aspects) between the actor and its character IS CRUCIAL, if you can’t even CAST right then what about the WHOLE STORY??? that one review in here was too real when he said, “its like a harry potter-tier masterpiece that turned into disney’s descendants-tier.” I also can’t believe that they had MICHELLE YEOH sign up for this waste. the whole thing would really make you wonder WHYYYYYYYYYYYY?????? in conclusion, they served and the plate’s empty. as a matter of fact, they haven’t served at all, they ate a tiny portion and left an outrageous amount of crumbs.
