I would have preferred a real history to the imagined notion of how Jews came to be a people. It is a rather extreme notion to have given the effort to explain such a thing, like trying to explain creation or something as far outside of human knowledge. If, however, I find that the characters are somehow realistic and portrayed realistically, then it might rate another star (from me). I say this because I do not know the real history of Major (if it is a real place). Ur is referred to as from the Chaldees, a place not a person. This is very much like people explain I no where dinosaurs come from and how they lived with humans or what humans were like millions of years ago.
