Very underwhelming. The story was a bit compelling (although we’ve seen it 1000 times) but the execution was almost distasteful. The script didn’t feel competent, the ending was rushed, and it just seemed as if the director did not understand what the original was about….almost like he didn’t even see it. This was a total miss for us horror fans unfortunately.
