milk powder is not prescribed to every new born and advised only to babies who are deprived of breast milk. for such babies milk powder is a life saver. if one uses it with dirty water and suffers, its not milk powder's fault. if a medicine is swallowed with dirty water and if one gets diarrhoea its not medicines fault. on the tin of a powder it is advised to use clean boiled water in all languages even with pictures. so it is a worthless topic.
