Must read for any serious person who wants to be involved in city government and education. Must read for any voter who wants an effective, ethical, representative government that works for all citizens, not just the insiders. Chicago must change or it will become Detroit. As someone who's lived, worked and driven everywhere in Chicago for nearly 50 years, I can say Matt's observations and assessments are spot on. Bullseye!
