The Background Music when some big decision is taken by Anil Kapoor is what excites you the most. The story line is quite comical which is away from its practical fast application. For every small and small matter, CM takes the charge which creates so much burden on his shoulders that his parents and his lover have to share. It's obvious Anil Kapoor is one of the finest actor with any script whether he pays money for bangles or not. A better remake can be expected from him in sequel. 2001 it was released, time has changed, Anil Kapoor should remake the movie as it is 2022 and should display how a govt right now should work.

The film was too good till intermission, after that it collapsed like flight was about to as too many drivers were involved to drive the movie in second half. The movie became intolerable in the second half when the assessment for saving lives starts, Amitabh Bachchan started to create matter with no matter like a lawyer and tried to harass Ajay Devgn with his wife not making him to smoke due to Akhay Kumar's regular selling of sanitary pads so that Ajay Devgn continues his heropanti.... It was as confusing as I am confused whether and how to give 2.5 stars instead of 3 stars...
