This book is very informative. I read the book cover to cover before deciding if I would do it. My gynecologist suggested this book because in 6 mths I gained almost 10 lbs and all that I was trying was doing nothing but adding to the weight, i was tired and just felt worn down. It is hard to follow, lots to take out of your daily diet. My hubby likes to eat out and this made it harder. I did the best I could and followed as much as I could and found some new ways of eating for life, felt way better than I had in the last 9mths or so. I do wish I could of had my hormones tested like she suggests in the book. I like that it is science, doctor help with testing, and food and not just eat this, not that thinking. I felt like this was safe to eat like this knowing the doctor checks.
I highly recommend this book to anyone going through menopause or the systems of it!! I learned a lot!!
