I did not like this book. The first half was just pretty much waiting for something to happen. Then something happened and it was interesting for awhile. Then it died of its own excess. I also found the story to be implausible. Unlike great books that pull you into their reality no matter how unlikely that reality is, this one just fell flat. It also applauded morally iffy characters and villainized innocent ones.
