I have watched many korean dramas during lockdown in New Zealand , and this is one of my favourites. I love plots that center around family life . The more disfunctional the better I like it. All the members of the cast were amazing and believable , love them all. A MUST WATCH.

Really enjoyed watching this heart warming story that broke my heart and made me cry . The superb acting abilities of all the characters was so believable I could almost follow the story and what was happening without understanding a word that was said. Loved it but PLEASE PLEASE can someone translate or English sub it, I would watch it again and I have noticed almost on every page of comments ,someone is asking for English sub, the auto translation can be confusing. I'm pretty sure I will cry even harder and louder if I could watch it in English. Thank you for this great drama......English sub please.

A very enjoyable film/series . The storyline was relatable in my life with a lot of what ifs. Superbly directed with absolutely talented cast which made this series so believable . Up there with some of the best I've seen and I have watched hundreds.

Wow ! ! I have watched a few dramas lately but by far my favourite is " The General 's Lady " The series was my idea of what is romantic funny entertaining and a great watch. Have gone thru the series 4 times and still loving it.

I was so happy to be ill in bed as i was able to watch the whole drama and rewind my favourite bits again and again. The conflict between countries, the rich and the poor. master and servant held my interest through the complete series. The whole production was so awesome ,the settings, the fashion the script and of cause the cast who were absolutely wonderful and believably romantic and sweet.
