My current boss had this book in his office and I wound up downloading the audiobook. I have been developing my business plan for my company and up until now I thought the structure of my company was a fantasy I developed from watching to much Star Trek. I want the mission to be the thriving power behind my company and not the profit. I've worked in the field of drug and alcohol rehabilitation for 15 years. I am tired of working for companies that put profit above the people we are helping. I started developing a different model, and then I listened to this book and felt like the Universe sent it to let me know I am on the right track. When I finished the book I said to myself I would add it to my companies onboarding "To Do List". Every employee will be required to read or listen to this book as to not lose sight of the mission. Great Book and inspirational!
