I vivid, immense and breathtakingly beautiful background with a varied cast of characters, black, Indian, Chinese and whites. You can't beat the cast! Yes, it was a bit long, but I'd sit anytime to watch Costner as HE is the movie, to me...Although we had many stories of different characters being shown to us, I think THAT that was a bit much, but I'd sit to watch Costner ANYTIME. I will look forward to the next few additions. It's worth it, the sprawling backdrop, the multi characters, the history of HOW IT REALLY WAS, back then. Yep, it IS worth it!
