I am working in education field since 29 years. I have done a lot of work in education. I always do work hard for students in teaching regularly, honestly with view students in center. Not only teaching but always give guidelines for students carrier. I always do proper counselling by giving proper guidelines. I always arrange & self took part in science exhibitions, science trips, G.K quizes, Science quizes for students, Science Fancy dress competitions. I always try to improve quality of students & for this give proper guidelines to students. I always try to make easy notes of Biology for Xi, Xii & also for MSc students and also made blogs of these notes. I have done Ph.D on floristisc studies of Patnadevi Forest, Additional methodology Survey, Ecodiversity & Seasonal Variation & self written thesis about 538 pages. I have published 10 research papers & also took part in conferences & seminars. I worked as a lecturer, then as HOD, as a head of exam dept, as a examiner, as a moderator, as a Vice Principal & now working as Principal. I got State level Best teacher award. International award for research paper on Global warming. 1 International, 5 National & 30 State level award. I am a author & poetess. I have published my 2 books as Kavitasangrah Pratibimb, Lekh Sangrah Ashwasta. I am dist president of Ankur Sahitya Sangh hence I always took part in Sahitya sammelan, Parisanwad, Kavyavachan & also arrange programs like kavisammelan. I had given nearabout 1000 lectures on social problems like Women empowerment, Girls foeticide, Global warming etc. I always took part in social programs like blood donation camp, tree plantation, Help poor people, Help to peoples in flooded area.
