Spoiler alert! It was my favourite of the Marvel/DC shows hands-down. One of my faves period. Was. The end of the 4th season gore fest was ridiculous and ultimately pointless. In a universe where almost every main character eventually comes thru any attack unscathed - stabbed in the eye, hand chopped off, shot or stabbed in the belly, shot in the head or actually dying - what does a season finale full of fatal injuries actually mean? Of course I'll watch next season but I'm not exactly waiting with baited breath.
