I am reading iscon of ikshvaku ram currently and am unable to relate or connect. Creativity and thought provokingness is alright, but certain texts should not be tampered with as they tend to be misleading to the future readers even if you call it mythological fiction (that tag will eventually be lost). It can be written as a general novel series but you cannot manipulate RAMAYAN or for that matter any epic. Can we really manipulate the traditional epic story in the name of creativity. Does ever mata sita addressed prabhu ram as "ram" It seems more like a fictional novel series inspired (in a very shallow manner) by Ramayan and given the name of RAMAYAN to gain quick acceptance. My apologies for not understanding the efforts of the author and team. At after reading this book i just get dissatisfaction disappointed ,
