#BEASTFEAST Honestly, I don't write reviews. But I got to say that after Bahubali, Beast was a whole package on a new scale and plane. Beast literally has everything that a Tamil film needs to have. It is an excellent plain slow-moving action-packed comedy-thriller drama to be exact. Vijay's screen presence is sensational. Super visualisation. Cinematography and editing on-point. Humour was good, simple yet stylish, well executed screenplay and villain was superb (not that usual overpowering dude). Not that chap who simply thrusts violence. Not one moment made me feel overly disgusted or too cringe. Story was un-predictable and looked smart. If I am not wrong villain killed only one old patti. Nice supporting roles, calm but shrewdly portrayed characters and all were given importance. Finally, a somewhat realistic and not too exaggerated film. Met all age groups' expectations. Whatever gender or race you are you can watch it. It was very well taken for everyone to watch from any class family. Hats-off to our well-liked and admired Nelson director. Classy piece and massy return. All-in-all Vijay was mass in a different way. If you learn to appreciate that, you will thoroughly enjoy the film. Anirudh's music is soo amazing that even if it is repetitive no one can get bored of it. What was the most interesting part was how the director managed to encompass the nuances of his version, the version Vijay's fans have in mind of Vijay and Vijay's version in Beast into one. Each of that was seen separately in certain scenes and mixed in others. Mind-blowing entertainment and performance. Couldn't ask for more. Vijay has done many films for different reasons. If he wanted to do one for himself. I'm guessing it would be Beast. I think he also mentioned something similar to that in his most recent interview. I'd just want to say one final thing that. I am not a hard-core Vijay fan but I loved this movie. So those who are Vijay fans must promote the movie to especially those who already love this movie who are not Vijay fans. So that more love can spread and those who didn't like that movie can watch a second time to understand the creativity, see again and try to relish what an appeal it was to the eyes, basically to all senses and viewers. I can watch this movie a few times. That is how cute it was. Wasn't gory. Or affecting me in a painful way or anything like that although there were soo many small morals that we can get out of it if you look closely. It touched me emotionally as scenes were done with soo much of hard work nevertheless on screen looked soo smooth and easy for the heart to handle. The combo is tough to take/get/achieve but they did it. Kudos to the entire team. I absolutely loved it. There was romance, sensation, dance, wit, timing, adorable mass moves during fight scenes. Should be a blockbuster with your support mannn. You guys..feel the other bright side of Vijay!! It is completely impressive from every angle!! Great job. Must become a hit! Verithanam peeps for it to capture all our hearts instead of only one set/group of people. Semma paddam. Nothing was a lot. Conceptualization was focused on more than script writing which helps in certain films with top actors and this was in a vera level realm. Not boring or draggy and every frame was stunningly enthusiastically enjoyable. Over-swag la illa. Totally mesmerized. GO BEAST!!! Hopefully they make more note-worthy movies such as this highlighting that therikavidra movies doesn't have to be done in same old manner where everything is always blasting in every single corner of the film.
