First let me clarify this is Mrs. Harper. I watched a little bit of the Talk today and heard Sara Gilbert make a comment about how alimony should be done away with unless the woman worked while husband went to school or a woman stayed home fulltime to watch the children. Mothers know that 90% of the time, .all or most of the work in the house falls on them. They run the house. My husband had the luxury of focusing on his career since day one. I worked on and off but I always had to take a job that worked best with his schedule and quite jobs that didn't. I worked mostly nights and weekends, was still in charge of our house, roommom at our sons school, helped with all the fundraising events the school or our church and took college classes usually 1 at ay time. Just because it is not your life doesn't mean it doesn't exsist! People in Hollywood may have the money for sitter but I did not want to have a child for someone else to raise!!!
