Possibly the best 50's sci-fi movie ever made. The film moves forward quickly with extremely likable characters in a totaly believable story. Unlike modern movies the cast work togeather for the common good and don't fight each other except for Dr. Carrington who mistakenly thinks the thing can teach humanity its secrets . The dialog is intelligent and many times funny and always fast paced. For such an old movie you still believe they are at the north pole the sets are that good. Don't miss this classic its so worth it.
