I love this anime so much. It gives me the feels and thrill. The 1st season was fantastic! If you love action anime, you'll definitely wanna watch the first season. However, the 2nd season is really boring for me. They could squeeze this whole season to just 4-5 episodes and get on with the next adventure. It all revolves with thorfinn having bad dreams and serious ptsd and rebirth. I get it, they want to portray thorfinn really regrets his decisions back then. But to give this rebirth a full 24-episode show? It feels so slow. I wanted to see thorfinn grow and not just sulk there and get himself punched without fighting back. I want him to be like his dad who fights but not kills. It's really frustrating that I didn't see the peak of thorfinn's strength and combat abilities. I was really hoping he'd be as strong as his dad and beat snake since he saw askelad through him. Anyway, im still giving this anime a perfect rating. I loved season 1 and im looking forward to the next seasons. (I read a spoiler that thorfinn will go back to fighting again)
