This was a big disappointment. It did not feel like the original Zoey 101 and did not even give me any sort of nostalgic feeling except for very very few pieces (ex. Chase getting hurt several times, Logan and Quinn saying the same “love” lines at end of movie). The wokeness really ruined it. I wish so badly it was like the series. I gave 2/5 because the PLOT was not terrible but it just did not feel like Zoey 101 at all. My daughters just finished the original series and I will not be letting them watch this movie I was really hoping it would be family friendly like the series. 1. It never once mentioned the time capsule that would have been AMAZING if it had started with something like that it should have been a spin off from the Chasing Zoey episode. 2. I wish they made Logan more of a bully like he was, Quinn lost every aspect of being the brainy girl, and other lead and supporting characters were just not even there such as Lola, Coco, Dustin, Nicole, etc. 3. It just felt like it had nothing to do with the original series which is so disappointing.
