Our book club’s first goal is we hope to learn something from our book choice. This book certainly provided that. It was a bit difficult to follow with the flashbacks skipping around during the years. That may have my problem due to confusing the names. The story of the divers and their roles in the family hierarchy were fascinating. The author certainly did her research and provided an interesting, if sad journey for the reader.
