I'm not much of a classic movie buff, but I found Arsenic and Old Lace extremely entertaining. It was like the Marx Brothers meet the Neil Simon! The cast is remarkable with excellent chemistry for the quick banter and snarky humor. Peter Lorre plays an usual role as a doctor who is the voice of reason amongst crazy aunties and othet sinister family members. Or are they?...

Sometimes you just want that 90 minutes of your life back. For me this movie was painfully void of any particular intent, engaging characters, or even any particular direction for that matter. It seemed like it was all over the place for the first 35-40 minutes and then leaves it up to the audience to decipher what the hell just happened! I was even more disappointed to find out this was a collaboration of Stephen King and his son Joe Hill.
