A movie with such casting stalwarts, it is expected that the acting will be superlative. It was. However the plot was not consistent and ending was too timid. The movie promised a lot but failed to deliver. Editing could have been sharper. This movie is only for arthouse cinema lovers. Gave it a 3 star only for the power packed acting.

Bard of Blood starts with lots of promise but then slips down to mediocrity and ends downright as a waste of time. Avoid it. Compared to that the Family man on Primevideo is a worth watch.
