Love this show and watch it every day. I do feel bad for Jessica, as the rest of the team knows how to frustrate her so bad, she never gets her point across. The harassment seems intentional. Harold Ford gets far more respect. Put him on full-time ans let Jessica do a job that rewards her for her professionalism.
