Absolutely amazing. These shows helped us see race so differently. Barriers were broken and we learned through these shows how to deal with racial and sexual barriers. Coping mechanisms were engrained in these shows and we learned the doโs and donโts. Itโs sad that today, everything is so filtered. All in the Family and The Jeffersonโs taught me so much about life. Race, mixed families, in laws, socioeconomics and gender norms all discovered on the screen.
