Normally I like the stories but tonight’s story re the lady who could not get cash was rediculous. First SHE forgot her card. She can put her card on her mobile phone but hadn’t. A lot of banks these days are cashless. She was told she could go to another branch but chose not to. Also noted it was to pay a tradie who was obviously avoiding tax. All in all the bank was not at fault but let’s blame everyone else. She was the one that didn’t have her card with her
