It is a beautifully told story and acted with perfection by Cillian Murphy. Emily Watson as mother superior was so real that it nearly frightened me when she spoke, in her soft but threatening voice.

It was very well acted, but I sometimes found the movie hard to follow. I also found the ending to be confusing and not very satisfying.
