How this can be claimed to be based on the true story is beyond me. Apart from the fact Charles Dickens wrote the book A Christmas Carol I can't tell see what else could possibly be true. It is vague and overblown. The real people have had their personalities overblown to the point of cliché. I love Dickens and his work and I know some of his background and am very disappointed with this story.
