I live in South Dakota, the highways are so filled with holes I fear tearing off a tire when I drive. I also grew up on a farm, I didn't nor would I now shoot my puppy... this woman cares nothing about the people of this state. It's not "we the people", it's ME Kristi Noem and my political career. Smoozing Trump so she could further her career. This isn't the first time she has been in hot water for dishonest issues. I can't support this woman or her book.
