Coming into this movie, I was super excited. I knew it had to be a good movie because it soared at the box office and the reviews were exceptional. However, I must say that I am severely disappointed with this movie. First and foremost, it was completely drawn out. Some of the dialogue could have been edited out, and there wasn't much action to keep you on the edge of your seat. The film also consists of a very dark theme, which I'm not sure that I care for. I was skeptical of Robert Pattinson being Batman, and this film just proved me right. He's not a terrible Batman, I just prefer the Batman vs Superman days with Ben Affleck as Batman. I'll think I'll just stick to vampire Robert for now. Anyways, my low rating of this movie is just a pebble amongst the other ratings. But I felt I had to share a POV from someone that just felt like this movie didn't live up to its hype.
