IF YOU HAVE A MOTOROLA ROUTER DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!
I recently got this game for Christmas and I was really enjoying the game. However, a week ago, the game stopped working. I waited 5 hours for customer support only to be told that the issue was because of the router brand that we have and that the only solution would be to buy a new router. I was then told that it would be understandably a "little" expensive, but that was the only thing that could be done. When I asked if they were working on a solution they told me there was nothing they could do. Instead they wanted me to spend double the price of the game in order to play it. I really was loving the game, and I totally believe this would be a great purchase, however, the fact that they aren't making an effort to fix this is unbelievable. The lack of customer service is outrageous and the fact that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, as other people with the Motorola router are also experiencing this, is just ridiculous. So again don't waste your money on this company if you have a Motorola router because they won't be fixing this issue.
