Werewolf Concerto

These movies have done the highly improbable -- they just get better and better with each new chapter. Every facet of the filmcraft has been upgraded here, from the photography, to the editing, to the performances, to the richness of the storyline, to the character detail... and then, of course, there are those stunts! This movie cooks from one showstopping set piece to another, but still manages to set up all of the interwoven stories in a way that feels organic and unhurried. I couldn't have been more exhilarated by this bloody gut-punch. When people proclaim this to be one of the greatest action films in recent memory, they aren't being the least bit hyperbolic. This one belongs on the same shelf as films like The Killer, The Raid, and Fury Road.

This movie absolutely knocked my socks off. I find it galling to hear someone say that it's merely good. In short -- you might pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge of it!
