High production value, good cast, great concept, all ingredients we’ve come to expect from a series on HBO, but the most entertaining feature is Colin’s portrayal of the lead character, Oz, the Penguin. He bases his performance on memorable mop portrayals from past classics, leaning heavily on characters from, Sopranos. In any one scene he flips from Tony to Silvio to Paulie, not as impressions, more subtly, like tributes. Is fascinating and interesting but always very entertaining to watch. Look for it.
