Here's my biggest disappointments
1. This should've been a R rated movie, and the fact that it wasn't is robbery to us fans who have been there from the beginning. I was 13 when these games started, 13 year olds these days don't even know what this is and the fact that I have seen with my own eyes, 5 year olds laugh at a boy falling to his death in "Halloween kills" right in the theater, there is absolutely no reason this movie shouldn't have been more Gory then what they gave us in this. The only people we saw murdered were adults.
2. Why did they go with a boring hard to make sense plot line then give us something lore based? They missed the opportunity to give us a trilogy but instead we get a security guard who is doing what ever he can to keep custody of his sister.
3. Unnecessary characters, venessa is like brand new in the gaming series she's apart of a gameplay we hardly can make sense of and she gets to be a star in the movie. Why? What significance is that?
4. The anamatronics never tried to harm the security guard and never started to try because he brought the kid with him once? But then all of a sudden he's almost getting killed after having a dreaming where they told him to give her to his aunt. Like what?
5. The biggest hype of this movie was that Mathew Lillard was playing William Afton but he's playing the man who gave Mike a job and we don't even get to find out that he's William until miss venessa reveals that he's her father and set Mike up? Of which we finally find out the William set him up to get to his sister? It makes no sense.
Just over all as someone who has followed this franchise since the beginning I'm highly disappointed Scott coffen this had so much potential and you let them ruin it. So just don't bother watching unless you want to see Matt patts cameo.
