Adam Devine's character is so stupid. I don't know if it's him or the writing. The humor is all over the place. Like when he meets his "out laws", his mother talks about how she was in an orgy with Dan Marino. It's so dumb and never comes back into the story. It's like they ad-libbed 98% of the movie. I know comedy stems from pain, but I swear that's all this movie has got. Adams characters only has one thing, screaming and yelling. Even pierce Bronson can't charm this movie out. There's no clever jokes, with the exception of the Blink 182 reference. I'd skip if you value your time.

The pacing is a little odd, but it's a good movie. I like how the film is not really about the 3 leads, but more so how they help others. That's what was touching. It's not really about drag queens. More about how people from different lives can come together and help each other out. I'd say this movies message is really needed now.

This movie is so weird, yet enjoyable. The first half of the movie is building up the family dilemma, Father putting work first. Which, in this case is weird because he's a musician about to make it big to provide for his family. Which I understand why the son feels the way he does, but kids don't process things fully. So that sub plot feels a bit forced. Anyhow, the first half is actually my favorite. I think once he becomes the snowman, the film declines a bit. Micheal Keaton is funny, but the writing sometimes makes it a bit corny. Both halves of the film feel like completly different movies. On a good note, you actually do really care about the characters are going through. It's easy to root for them.

This movie has a great beginning and ending, so overall it's not a horrible film. The middle seems to be kind of sloppy though. Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling do great. Ken (R.G.) is the most enjoyable character with the best story. I do admire the ending a lot, but the narrative and message gets lost in the middle. The message kind of contradicts itself. I would say check it out, but wait till it streams cuz the ending drags on. Almost like Return of the King. (LOTR)

While I agree with walsh on most of the topics, I was dissapointed with how edited it was. Walsh comes across as a bit arrogant. He's asking these people who have different views very one sided questions, even though they are affective and reasonable. I would say give it a watch, but be aware that even the people you agree with can be bias. Matt Walsh asking a democratic politician, "what is a woman?" Is the same as a reporter asking the CEO of the Christian resturant, Chick Fil A, their stance on gay marriage. I would've enjoyed it if it was more of a debate. It just seems the equivalent to the left promoting gender ideology.
